OUR HISTORY

We all hate paperwork and that’s where the Temp Fillings story begins. Temp Fillings was founded on the knowledge that the majority of dental practices are bogged down in payment slips and superannuation and struggle to keep up. There was a great opportunity to do it differently and make a real difference.

Temp Fillings professionalised the dental staffing industry overnight, eliminating time consuming paperwork and the problem of finding qualified dental staff, by starting a full service boutique agency, exclusively for the Australian dental industry.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

All staff are thoroughly vetted and interviewed before joining the team. Staff must have a minimum of two years experience and/or equivalent qualifications

STRATEGIC PLACEMENTS

We do all we can to ensure each placement is successful. In addition to skill set, we also match staff to private or community dental environments to get the right fit.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
