Temp Fillings is a temp agency with a difference. For almost 20 years, we’ve built relationships with great dental practices and built a fantastic team of temp dental staff who are now part of the Temp Fillings family. If you are a dental assistant, receptionist or practice manager, with two years minimal experience in Australia (or suitably qualified), we welcome you to apply to be a part of the Temp Fillings team.

We do our best to only offer you jobs in reasonable travelling distance of your home. Unlike other agencies we never broadcast vacancies. We will contact you directly if we have a job that we think matches what you want.

THE BEST SUPPORT

We keep in regular contact, so we’re always up to date with your schedule and the type of work you want. When you temp with us, you get paid regularly. We take care of all tax and superannuation entitlements, so you have peace of mind.

DENTAL ONLY

As a dental-only temp agency, we are preferred by Australian dentists and have the largest number of dental practices on our books. We have jobs in private and community dental practices all over Australia.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL OUR TEMPS

When you apply to work as a dental temp with us, you will need to provide proof of your qualifications or equivalent experience as a first step. We require either a minimum of two years experience or a Certificate III. We also require a current Police Check It is also a good idea to have a Working With Children Check, as more dental practices require it.

MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCES

To work with us, you must have two years experience working in the industry (or equivalent qualifications). You will need to provide proof of your experience when you apply.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK

If you want to work in a dental hospital or in community dentistry, you will need to have a current Working With Children Check. Some private practices also require this.

NATIONAL POLICE CHECK

You will need to have a Police Check to work as a dental temp. You should include your police check details with your resume when you apply to work with us.

CERTIFICATE III

When you apply with us, you must include a copy of any qualifications with your resume. We accept a Certificate III (or two years experience).

Let us know your work preferences. We have a range of jobs in private practice, community dentistry and dental hospitals. Placement periods vary between filling in for a few hours, to regular short term positions. There are also opportunities for full time roles.
